Questions about "Chemical and Physical Properties"

Hello,

I have a requirement to download the Chemical and Physical Properties of compounds from PubChem, such as the ones listed on this page https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/240#section=Chemical-and-Physical-Properties.

However, I can not find the corresponding properties in the pcp. Are these properties available through pcp? If so, could you provide a script to retrieve them?

Additionally, I notice that it is possible to download the properties of a specific compound by clicking the download button, which leads to a JSON page, such as this one: https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/rest/pug_view/data/compound/210/XML/?response_type=display. Can pcp access the information on this page?
