Python Broken on RHEL 8? #546

Description

@mberry28

I have been unable to get nitro installed on a RHEL 8 machine due to cmake being unable to located Python despite using the -DPYTHON_HOME=... . I have used a -D flag to try to point it to all the missing parts below. I have also used python 3.6, 3.7, 3.9. 3.12 as well using venv and conda environments.

I have tested on 2 RHEL 8 machines, and 1 Ubuntu. It worked fine on the Ubuntu.
