In the report, the resistance mutations are repeated several times instead of being listed only once, e.g. in sample 1000433499 the abacavir (ABC) mutations read:

M41L + M184V + L210W + T215Y + M41L + M41L + M41L + L210W

They should be listed only once:

M41L + M184V + L210W + T215Y
