support user-defined paging #101
Description
currently gh notify hard-codes less and passing arguments for paging the notification view.
it would be great if the script supports user to specified their preferred pager with a new env var (e.g. $GH_NOTIFY_PAGER), or if it at least follows $PAGER env var
