Error with latest version of ProcessQueue module

Hi,
Im getting an error with the latest version of the ProcessQueue module which I'm not getting with an earlier version. The error is something like: Object of type QueuedAction with guid '...' cannot be updated because it does not exist anymore. I don't know if that is exactly right because I got it working with an earlier version and rather keep it this way.
In a microflow we have an object as input parameter and associate this object with the QueuedAction object, and this QueuedAction object with the ProcessQueue object. When adding this QueuedAction object to the queue by means of the AppendToQueue Java action this error pops up. Thought I'd share it here.

An update: We are working on this and currently trying to determine whether this is a platform issue or not.
