[FEAT]: Request Telemetry

Feature Description
As suggested by @formiification in the Android repo - since 2.7.13 firmware has defaulted to telemetry to off.
The cli and firmware provide a way to request the telemetry from a device, let's leverage this to build out a way for a user to request telemetry - and get some feedback on success/timeout/fail.
