[FEAT]: add nodes to ignore/favorite list remotely

Feature Description

Currently there are CLI commands to add a node to the ignore list remotely.
It would be nice to have the ability to set ignored and favorited nodes over remote admin.
Current blocked nodes and favorited nodes would also need to be queried and returned to the admin node in some format.
