Suggestion: Add Website Link to the Repository "About" Section

First, thank you for developing this helpful tool for the Meshtastic community! I noticed that the link to the hosted version of the Meshtastic Link Planner is currently only included in the README file. While this works, newcomers to the repository may overlook it as it requires scrolling through the README to find.

To make it more accessible, I suggest adding the link to the "About" section at the top of the repository. This can be done under the "Website" field, where it will always be visible to anyone visiting the repository. This small change could enhance user experience and ensure people can easily access the hosted version.

1. Press the settings button next to the repo about.
