Neutering ME doesn't disable WoL #2
Description
Just a quick note: you mention that neutering ME will prevent WoL from working. That is not true in my experience; I have a fully neutered IME and WoL still works to power the chips whenever I need to read or write either chip.
It seems like as long as you enabled it from the stock bios, it will always work; even if you replace the bios with coreboot.
