Add support for Folia #203

Folia is a high-performance fork of Paper that adds region-based multithreading. I'm currently using Folia for improved server performance, but ChestSort is not working properly with it or throws warnings.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add compatibility or official support for Folia, ensuring ChestSort runs without issues or warnings on servers using Folia.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the only alternative is to switch back to Paper or Purpur, which sacrifices the performance benefits provided by Folia.
