Followed install instructions

Nothing on the top bar or in the Gnome controls

linuxdan, if you run gnome-tweaks does it show as an extension that can be enabled?

If not, it's likely that the files aren't in the right directory. Check with:

ls ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/MultiClock@mibus.org/

and see if they show up.
