Openapi-ui index.html page is not rendered

Hi,

I am using 1.1.3 version of openapi-ui and payara micro 5.2020.7 and oracle jdk8

The html page returned by openapi-ui/index.html is not rendered.

Not sure whether it is a bug or something wrong from my side.

Kindly help in this regard!

Can you create a reproducer I can look at
