Does this tool captures changes in the OU scope ?

Does this tool captures changes in the OU scope ?
I changed the OU filtering in my AADconnect config (added an extra OU), but the HTML-output does not show any differences (except from some timestamps).

It will capture the OU's selected explicitly (or any change deleted in the xml files in OU selection). If any new OU is in included in AADC processing because its parent OU was already selected, then there is no change in the configuration and that change will not show up in the report.
