Plan for W1A1, W1A2 on A100?

Hi Team, would like to know do we have any plan to implement:
W1A1: xnor/xor + popcount if weights and activation are in binary form of +1/-1 OR 1/0 (maybe uint1 for A_dtype x W_dtype)
W1A2: 2-bit activation, 1-bit weight
