Ability to package with explicit Power Apps runtime version

Hi - we are looking to suggest a feature.

Is there a way to package a canvas app with an explicit Power Apps runtime version? We are facing an ongoing issue with a mission-critical app where new Power Apps releases create new bugs and once we release our prod app gets a new version.

Ideally, we could package an msapp file with an explicit Power Apps runtime version.
