idFix doesn't launch after first use #97
Description
Today: Aug 21, 2025.
I installed and used idFix on a new Win 2025 DC in Azure.
Version: 2.6.0.3.
I was able to Query and Update the necessary attributes.
Accepted & Applied the updates. Closed the application.
Attempted to open the application again, it will not appear. Doesn't seem to launch.
Rebooted DC, same results.
I went to a DC for a different tenant that I provisioned last year (June 2024).
Back then, the same routine. Ran idFix, applied updates (can't remember if I attempted to open after first use).
Today (Aug 21, 2025) I attempted to open idFix and it does not launch either (ver: 2.6.0.2)
This server is not of concern it is syncing as expected. I only mention it for comparison of the issue.
Finally, I uninstalled idFix and re-ran the setup. idFix starts immediately after the setup is complete.
It seems that IdFix will only start up after executing and completing the setup.exe.
