I have installed the extension plugin correctly and configured Junit5 correctly in the pom.xml file

Me too, I’m experiencing the same issue.
I’m using macOS 15.4.
Just like you, both the extension version and the VSCode version are the same.

yes, my extension plugin was working fine a few days ago too;
I tried reinstalling vscode and it didn't work well

Same here. I can confirm that it worked yesterday. Then all of a sudden it fails to find any tests, Junit5 or TestNG. I have to use the Java test extension from Oracle for now.

After rolling back to Red Hat extension 1.41.0, everything works perfectly. Thank you!
