Regression in 0.43.1 --> Missing "Run Test" buttons

I was able to reproduce this issue twice back-to-back after a report from a user:

1. I checked the plugin version I was on: 0.43.0
2. I observed that I can see the buttons to run unit tests

3. I updated the plugin to version 0.43.1
4. I observed that the buttons have disappeared after a restart of the Workspace and did not reappear after a few minutes of waiting time
5. I uninstalled the plugin and re-installed version 0.43.0
6. After a workspace restart the buttons instantly re-appeared

I reproduced this after multiple users from a team reported this to me - so this is not an isolated incident.

When looking at the git history nothing really caught my attention that could be causing this regression.

I have the same situation, but when I try to switch versions ,the Run Test Button still doesn't appear
