Improve multilingual use

In a multilingual environment, it can be quite annoying that "rewrite {formal,polite}" translate emails. I know that I can just override the default prompts with my own but this requires quite a lot of custom configuration. I suggest adding a central "reply language" setting that overrides the locale. The setting should also be able to be set to "auto" or similar to just let the LLM reason about it.

In my case ThunderAI automatically translates everything to German:

Have you tried the language option in ThunderAI options page?

The problem there is if you need more than one language.

Sorry, I was blind. I was looking for the setting but somehow did not see it. The field was empty. I can set it to "auto" and the specific reply is in English now. That suits my use case, I'll close the issue.
