Remove unneccesary files. #216
Description
I assume the current Makefile is not relevant anymore for building Mallet.
It also looks to me that most scripts in ./bin will not work (non-mallet* scripts) with the maven build.
./lib probably can be deleted to now that the build works with maven.
It would also be nice to have a compiled version on the release page.
