Fix macdeployqt issue

**Describe the bug**
Running the macdeployqt step currently results in this error:

```
ERROR: Cannot resolve rpath "@rpath/QtGui.framework/Versions/A/QtGui"
ERROR:  using QList("/Users/runner/work/BuzzBot/build/lib")
```

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run the macOS CI action

**Expected behavior**
No error
