Zendesk handoff from Mintlify Assistant (ticket + transcript + page URL)

We use Mintlify Assistant embedded inside our docs and want a first-class Zendesk handoff for escalations.

What we want

Add a configurable action/CTA (e.g. “Contact support” / “Escalate to Zendesk”) that can:

• Create a Zendesk ticket (or open a Zendesk messaging/agent handoff flow)
• Include full chat transcript (messages + timestamps) and optionally a short assistant-generated summary
• Attach the current doc page URL (and ideally page title / section heading)
• Pass along optional context: user email (if available), tenant/org ID, product area, tags, environment (prod/sandbox)

Why it matters

This would reduce copy/paste, preserve debugging context, and speed up support resolution when the Assistant can’t solve an issue.

Suggested implementation options

• Native Zendesk integration, or
• A generic “custom actions” / webhook interface from the Assistant that we can point to our backend (which then calls Zendesk)

Acceptance criteria

• Admin can enable/disable the handoff and configure Zendesk endpoint/credentials
• Ticket contains transcript + doc URL reliably
• Works across all pages where the Assistant is available
