Alignment SVO script is slow and repetitive

When running in interactive mode, the script should save previous responses. Then, a new running mode would be "-i -f responsesFile.json", which would use previous responses and only ask if new ones are detected.

In addition, the script is very slow. I wonder if we can accelerate how the comparison is done to boos it up
