Some patches for uLinux

Not sure if these are suitable to go upstream; but thought I should mention them here anyway; There are two things I had to patch to get tcc to work:

• Makefile => https://github.com/prologic/ulinux/blob/master/ports/tcc/Makefile.patch
• bt-log.c => https://github.com/prologic/ulinux/blob/master/ports/tcc/bt-log-stdarg.patch

If someone more familiar with tcc would like to review these; I'll be more than happy to put up PRs if these should go upstream :)

I guess I don't need the bt-log.c patch anymore; someone fixed the missing include already upstream :) Thanks! I've now dropped it. I still have to patch out a bunch of stuff in the Makefile however as many of the tools it wants to have around for building man pages, html docs and what not don't exist on uLinux (on urposes) and neither do I want any of this anyway -- It would be good if we make this optional.
