Save settings

Hi,

I'm trying to save settings in Easyfig 2.2.5. However, the program show me an error when I load the settings file: "Easyfig config file invalid.". Annotation files load but when I tried to open Image>>subregions, a window with no content opens.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
