File Manager doesn't work to make changes

Since the upgrade to Fred 2.1.0-pl, the file manager reports an error whenever changes to files and directories are attempted. Listing files and directories does work. Making changes via the modx files tab works just fine. Here's the error while attempting to upload a file:

Unable to upload "filename". Object "filename" already exists at this location and can not be replaced by object with another type.

This should be fixed in 2.1.1-pl. Thanks for reporting.
