norns extended API: add breadcrumbs #430

i see that the all the other sections have these, but the module pages don't. i often end up on one of the module reference pages from elsewhere, but once i'm there i would like to go up one level and look up something else.
like just now - i google norns params:hide, end up on the paramset reference page, but then i want to look up something on the params page. if i'm not missing something, i have to click through norns, scripting, reference on the left sidebar to get there.
