update Just the Docs to V0.10.0

@tehn , i dug into #430 today and noticed that our data structure ends up extending past what Just the Docs pre-V0.10.0 can offer (more here).

i'd like to implement the ancestry field, but we need to update JtD to 0.10.0 -- can i assign that to ya? <333 one example of where this is already impacting usability is the scripting breadcrumb at https://monome.org/docs/norns/studies/, which leads to crow's scripting-titled page because we cannot specify levels that deep.
