clangd can't find headers to include

Somewhere after a5048b7, code highlighting with clangd in vscode has been broken - it refuses to find sources of headers provided by submodules and throws many include-related errors. Thus said, code compiles without issues - its just clangd acting weirdly.
I have no idea why it does so, but its hella annoying and brings chaos to development (I've had to disable it completely and rely in vscode's default syntax highlighting, which is kinda pepega). Thus any help to solve the problem would be appreciated.

And while I'm waiting for clangd update to arrive, I've attempted to make this problem less annoying by clearing out some leftovers of system raylib includes in d4add73
