Add teams

Ability to create teams.

Each user can join nth number of teams
If a team has 4 members and joins a 2v2 tournament then team leader can choose the two that can participate.

- maybe in the future, add option for tournament creators to let member rotation for teams bigger than the tournament limit.
-
