Variable names and method names are sometimes truncated by `InlayHints`

This makes it difficult to distinguish between similarly named items and impacts overall readability during development.

Is this truncation an intentional design choice (e.g., for UI layout reasons), or is it a limitation/bug that could be improved?
If possible, it would be helpful to provide full names or allow tooltips/expansion to view the complete identifiers.
