Render all the things we used to have

I believe there are a few things that aren't rendered yet:

• WASM ref types
• Memory info from alias analysis
• Resume points

@nbp You mentioned that you had some patches for the old iongraph tool to display other types of info - what was that info, and could you maybe just share your patch here?
