Add display configurability

For ZJIT, it would be nice to:

• Change how operands are parsed: we don't use Operator#NNN but instead just vNNN. This requires changing the regex to make our operands clickable: aidenfoxivey@cae859c
• Change how instruction IDs are printed: as above, which requires just changing the insn ID formatter: aidenfoxivey@e99d539
