We have a lot of function names that look like block in <...> and the angle brackets mess up rendering

Wanted to use iongraph for a slop experiment, noticed it had some open issues, had codex fix them all.

Didn't want to be 'that guy' who comes outta nowhere with a slop PR. Is this at all useful to you: https://github.com/doublemover/iongraph

If you'd like me to change anything, the easiest way for me would be to just have what you want specified in the original issues
