Submitting a new pulse entry

Describe the bug
When trying to submit a new pulse entry I get an error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.mozillapulse.org/add
2. Enter info:

_Title: Tell Amazon Ring: sever police ties,
URL: https://foundation.mozilla.org/campaigns/tell-amazon-ring-stop-sharing-information-police-services/
Description: Amazon's Ring doorbell cameras have become very popular, creating a vast neighborhood surveillance network. And Ring shares its footage with law enforcement through its Neighbors Law Enforcement Portal, which has been called the "perfect storm of privacy threats."

If Amazon is serious about its new police policies, it must extend its moratorium to include Ring.

Additional context
Different entry from problem experienced earlier today (although that problem is still present). After awhile the page just loads the main mozillapulse.org page
