Remove [Obsolete] objects from FemDesign.Core

Task:

• Go through on the OM and remove the deprecated classes, constructors, methods, etc.

Note:

• Deprecated classes are marked with the "[Obsolete(...)]" attribute.
• Pay attention on unit tests!
