Index carousel needs to be adapted to multiple viewport sizes 

Currently, the carousel on the index page is set to a static width. This should be changed using bootstrap, so when the viewport size changes, it uses a new set of images of correct dimensions. 

Ex. Larger screens over 1440px in width would use a carousel and images of 1440px width
