Amount entries limited to 7 digits, should be 8?

Defcoin-qt currently "only" allows 9,999,999 coins to be send in a given transaction.  

Since in total ~84 million Defcoin will be mined suggest that the max number allowed in the amount dialog be up to eight digits, or 99,999,999 (or whatever the true max would be.)

Minor issue, but hopefully simple to adjust.
