Custom HMMs ?

I hope that you're doing well!

I was wondering, how would you recommend using TIAMMAt with custom HMM models (not from Pfam) in combination with Pfam models? I assume that it won't complete successfully if they're not in the Pfam-A.hmm file, right? I tried concatenating them to the Pfam hmm file, but that immediately returned some errors.
