Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create a score for snare drum
2. Double click a measure to enter note-input mode
3. Notes are only entered by mouse clicks if mouse is directly over staff and shadow notes appear
4. Press "A" to enter the regular notes
5. Now when clicking outside the actual staff notes are entered despite no shadow note appearing
