Folder structure not retained in Postman collection

When I import the postman collection only folder I see under "MX Platform API" is mx_platform. I followed the instructions when importing and Set “Folder organization” to “Tags.” The yaml file here has only one tag(mx_platform) but the documentation here shows multiple folders - https://docs.mx.com/api/guides/postman. Could someone help me get the folder structure per the documentation.
