PATCH method not working on service routes#162

Hi All,

I'm having trouble updating my services routes using kongfig. Currently kongfig is not allowing PATCH method to update my routes. Receiving an error saying method is not allowed. My Kong version is KONGA 0.13.0.

If anyone has any idea how to solve please let me know. Thanks.
