[BUG] logoff from ml4w via logoff and logon as different user does not clear waybar lock #1330

Describe the bug
Log off as usual, log on as new user.
No waybar is loaded.
manual start reveals that the lock file
/tmp/waybar-launch.lock
is still there. Therefor new waybar instance is not loaded.
Steps to reproduce
Log off as usual, log on as new user.

Expected behavior
After log off and re-logon, waybar is loaded normally
