Hot Reload does not work while running solid or solid --watch

Hi, the changes doesnt reflect automatically when you run solid command, or letting solid --watch
Instead, you have to save your changes again after the solid run is done and after that the change is just made

Hi, yes I know.
A nice feature to add would be to trigger hot reload if the app is already running.
