The colab is not working.

So I tried using the code and my only outpur is this :

As you can see, the letter is messed up.

Moreover, this is my code and I don't know how to save as sg file :

Hi @janabaradei1-create,

If you're using the ssdraw package via pip, you're able to change the default font size of the amino acid sequence by adding an extra argument: --fontsize, plus the numerical value. The default size is 12 which might not be perfectly visible depending on how large your secondary structure diagram is.

For your case, if you want the AA sequence in a smaller font, play around with the flag:
ssdraw single --fasta protein.faa --name NP_001190411.1 --pdb MVK.pdb --output 1ndd_out --fontsize 10

Subsequently, you can save your file in svg format via the --output_file_type flag. Here are a list of file types we support: png, ps, eps, tif, svg

Example:
ssdraw single --fasta protein.faa --name NP_001190411.1 --pdb MVK.pdb --output 1ndd_out --output_file_type svg

To see a list of other options, please use ssdraw single --help

I would refer to using the pip package over the the colab notebook, as it includes our most stable updates. If you're still using the colab notebook, can you elaborate on what issue you're seeing and attach the files you're running with please?
