Lack of consistent releasing / Versioning #82
Description
So I'm planning on using this project in my, GNU moreutils vipe utility, rewrite. I was curious what the version management strategy is for this project. I noticed there's a single tag using what looks like a Semantic Versioning scheme. But the release tags haven't been updated for six years.
