slash sigil and any Nerve Delta designs), and visual identity elements are

- Any right to present yourself or your organization as Nerviatas, as a
  Nerviatas partner, or as endorsed by Nerviatas.

Any permitted reference to Nerviatas should be descriptive only, such as
