Add documentation for non-Cisco platforms (FortiOS, HP, Comware5)

Description

The documentation is heavily Cisco-focused. While Juniper/VyOS are noted as experimental, three other supported platforms have drivers but minimal or no documentation:

• Fortinet FortiOS — has HConfigDriverFortinetFortiOS but no docs page or examples
• HP Procurve (Aruba AOSS) — has both a driver and a config view, but no dedicated docs
• HP Comware5 — has a driver but no docs

Users of these platforms get working drivers but little guidance on platform-specific behavior, rule customization, or gotchas.

Proposed Improvement

Add at least a brief section (or dedicated page) for each platform covering:

1. Platform-specific rules that are pre-configured in the driver
2. Any known limitations or quirks
3. A basic example showing remediation for that platform
4. Notes on config views where available (HP Procurve)
