Enhance YAML linting for ci.yml

Proposed Functionality

• Enhance yamllint inline disable rules for ci.yml

I've been fiddling with yamllint lately and saw the total disable rule in ci.yml.

At this point I already figured out how to squash three different items for passing yamllint.
I'll open a PR if you are interested in this somewhat minor change. 😉
