[Ag20] Upgrade FullCalendar to v6 and Resolve Breaking API Changes

In migration PR#1096, the @fullcalendar/angular package is locked to 5.11.5, which is incompatible with Angular 20; it must be upgraded to v6 or later for compatibility.
